Christian Kopeny
Director of Operations, CCEA · Church Operations Consultant

I know firsthand how much more comes with running a church than Sunday morning. I currently serve as Director of Operations at CCEA, where the Lord has blessed us with a staff of more than 50 people — and with that has come real experience across operations, vendor relationships, technology, facilities, and everything in between.

I also know that not every church has that blessing, or that need. Many pastors are doing the work of an entire administrative team on their own, with the help of faithful volunteers.

We started TheChurchOp because we want to be a resource for those churches. Whether it is a big project you have been putting off for months or a small task you just need off your plate this week — we would love to help. No new employee. No long-term commitment. Just someone who has been there, ready to help you get it done.
